The Challenge
Event decoration is a visual business — clients book the decorator whose work they can see. Sam Event Decors had years of beautiful stages, mandaps, and themed birthday setups, but nowhere to show them: no website, no gallery, no brand identity, and a Google search for their name returned nothing.
Behind the scenes it was harder still. Enquiries for weddings, baby showers, and pooja decorations arrived through calls and WhatsApp, then lived in chat history — easy to lose track of which event was confirmed, what was booked for which date, and what inventory was committed where. The business needed a public face and an internal system, designed together.

The site leads with the work: a rotating hero of real event setups — wedding stages, engagement decor, themed birthdays — backed by dedicated sections for Events, Gallery, Videos, Packages, Offers, and client Stories. Every page drives toward two actions: Quick Quote and Book Now.
On mobile — where nearly all of their clients browse — a persistent action bar keeps Call, WhatsApp, and Book Now one thumb-tap away at all times. The site ships with full SEO metadata, a sitemap, Google Search Console verification, and a cookie-consent banner, so it's built to be found, not just to look good.

We designed a custom emblem from scratch: peacock feathers and a vel motif in gold on a soft blush ground, with a deep maroon wordmark — imagery that speaks directly to South Indian weddings and celebrations, where this business lives.
The maroon-and-gold identity carries through the website's typography and color system, the ops app, and every social profile — so whether a client finds them on Instagram, Google, or the website, it reads as one polished brand.
