Case Studies & Products We've Shipped
Two live client businesses and three products of our own on Google Play. You can visit the sites and download the apps — which is a more useful test of a development partner than any portfolio image.

End-to-end
Build, brand, launch, grow
A portfolio of screenshots proves very little. Anyone can show a design; what a buyer actually needs to know is whether the thing was finished, launched, and still works — and whether the people who built it can explain the decisions behind it.
So this page is organised by how verifiable each item is. First, live client platforms you can visit right now. Then our own products, published to Google Play, which you can download and judge directly. Finally, a small set of reference architectures — representative solution designs rather than named client engagements, kept because the architecture in them is genuinely how we would build that class of system.
We would rather be straightforward about which is which than present all of them identically and hope nobody asks.
Businesses Running on What We Built
Website, mobile app, brand identity and digital presence — delivered as one engagement rather than as separate projects.

Raja Drop Taxi
A complete digital foundation for an outstation taxi business: a Django booking website, a Flutter app serving four roles (customer, driver, admin, support) with live GPS tracking and dispatch, custom branding, plus Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Instagram and YouTube presence.

Sam Event Decors
A premium marketing website with a Django REST backend, an internal bookings and enquiry CRM app for the team, custom brand identity, and a real Google and social presence for an event decoration business operating across Bangalore and Chennai.
Apps We Designed, Built and Published
Not client work under an NDA — products we own, on the store, that you can install and evaluate before you speak to us.

Pro Compressor
Our own Flutter app for on-device video, photo and PDF compression — no uploads, no cloud, with a live before/after size preview and a built-in editor. Demonstrates our full mobile process from planning to store launch.

GymLogbook Pro
An offline-first workout tracker: one-tap set logging, a typed exercise library, reusable routines and on-device training analytics — all in an encrypted local SQLite database with JSON and CSV export.

Money Flow
Loan and EMI tracking with a real amortisation engine, a projected due-date calendar, expense analytics, savings goals, a financial health score, PIN and biometric locking and an AI finance advisor.
How We Would Build These
Representative solution designs illustrating our approach to common system types. These describe architecture rather than named client engagements.
FinTrack AI
A representative solution design for a real-time financial analytics platform — portfolio metrics, live dashboards and secure multi-user access — illustrating how we would architect this class of system.
ShopSphere
A representative solution design for a high-conversion storefront with sub-second page loads, inventory synchronisation and payment integration.
TechCorp Global
A representative solution design for an SEO-first corporate website and CMS migration at enterprise scale.
What This Page Is Actually Evidence Of
We shipped, launched and still support these
There is a large gap between building something and launching it, and it is where most agency projects quietly end. The build finishes, then release signing, store assets, privacy and data-safety declarations, review guidelines, DNS, hosting, analytics and search registration all begin — and they are handed back to the client as a list of things to sort out.
Every item on this page went the whole way. Raja Drop Taxi is a live booking business with a four-role Flutter app, a Google Business Profile, running Google Ads and a real social presence. Pro Compressor, GymLogbook Pro and Money Flow went through Play Console submission including data-safety declarations and staged rollout. Knowing where that process bites is worth more to a client than any amount of framework expertise.
- Store submission handled: signing, assets, declarations, rollout
- Domains, hosting, DNS and deployment pipelines set up, not handed over as a task list
- Analytics and Search Console connected at launch, not six months later
- Brand identity, Google Business Profile and social presence where the engagement covered it
Our own products exist so you can check our work
Client work has an inherent verification problem: much of it sits behind a login or an NDA, so a prospective client has to take the agency’s word for the quality. That is an uncomfortable position to put a buyer in, and it is why we build and publish products of our own.
Three of them are on Google Play right now. You can install them, use them, look at the interface polish, see how they behave with no connection, and judge whether the engineering standard matches what we claim on the rest of this site. If it does not, you have learned something valuable before spending anything. We think that is a fair trade for the effort of building them.
What we deliberately do not put on this page
No invented client logos. No "500+ projects delivered". No conversion or revenue percentages we cannot evidence. Those numbers are trivially easy to write and, precisely because everyone writes them, they carry no information for a buyer.
What we publish instead is process depth — how a system is architected, which trade-offs were made and why, and where the hard parts were. On our manufacturing and garment ERP pages that means describing GIN, GRN and GDN reconciliation, TNA slippage and area-based leather costing in a level of detail that is only available to someone who has actually worked in it. That is harder to fake than a statistic, which is exactly why it is better evidence.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, and we would rather you did. Raja Drop Taxi and Sam Event Decors are live businesses running on what we built, and we can arrange an introduction once a conversation is serious enough to justify taking up their time. In the meantime you can visit both platforms yourself and download our three published apps — which tells you a good deal before any reference call.
