By accessing or using the website and software services provided by SAK Infotech, you agree to comply with the following terms of engagement.

1. Scope of Services

SAK Infotech provides software engineering, web application development, mobile application development, and AI integration services as defined in individual statement of work (SOW) agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for completed milestones, the client receives 100% ownership of all custom source code, documentation, and digital assets produced specifically for the project.
